Deendayal Port Trust installed two medical oxygen PSA devices at Sir Takhtsinhji Hospital in Bhavnagar through its corporate social responsibility
Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of the Union of Health and Family Welfare and Minister of Chemistry and Fertilizers, almost opened two PSA factories at Sir Takhtasinhji Hospital in Bhavnagar.
In addition to two oxygen plants with a capacity of 1000 LPM, copper pipe networks, fire-fighting systems, automatic oxygen source conversion systems and other related facilities have also been completed. Shantanu Thakur, Minister of State for United Ports, Waterways and Shipping, and Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister of State for Tourism and Ports, Shipping and Waterways, also attended the event. Speaking at the meeting, Mandavia said: "This facility is dedicated to the people of Bhavnagar. A similar facility recently opened will help the country in times of crisis." Deendayal Port Trust is based in Bhavnagar, which is operated by the Gujarat government through its corporate social responsibility. Two medical oxygen PSA devices were installed in the Sir Takhtsinhji Hospital, with a total cost of 2.53 crore rupees. The installed PSA oxygen generator unit has a capacity of 1000 LPM (liters per minute) per unit, that is, the capacity of each device at a pressure of 5-6 bar is 60,000 liters/hour, totaling 1,20,000 liters/hour, and can be used for Dealing with COVID and other local human patients in the hospital.
