The following is the inspection of restaurants with serious violations conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingen County Health Department from October 1st to November 9th.

BellStores, 727 Pershing Road, Equipment Food contact surfaces or utensils are dirty.

Bob's Pizza LA Drive Thru, 4140 Roseville Road, refrigerated, ready to eat, TCS food is not properly dated. TCS food was not properly discarded when needed.

Urban Comforts Eatery, 32 N. Third St., equipment and food contact surfaces or utensils are not clean. TCS food is not properly dated

Triple Nickel Saloon, 2590 Old River Road, food that touches unclean surfaces or sheets.

Frazeysburg Duke & Duchess, 259 W. Third St., the sink cannot be used. Food is not properly protected from contamination through separation, packaging and isolation. The surfaces or utensils of the equipment in contact with food are not clean. 

The certified oil, 12 W. Fourth Street, cannot use the sink. Improper storage of toxic or toxic materials.

Subway, 3129 Maple Ave., the food contact surface or utensils of the equipment are not clean.

Countryside Bulk Foods, 4230 West Pike, does not properly protect food from contamination through separation, packaging and isolation. 

Sam's Club, 3724 Northpointe Drive, the food contact surface or utensils of the equipment are not clean.

Bogey's Taver, 5845 Frazeysburg Road, Nashport, food is not properly protected from contamination through separation, packaging and isolation. 

Shrivers Pharmacy, 406 Brighton Blvd., improper storage of toxic or toxic materials. 

Ditty's Downtown Deli, 61 S. Fifth St., the equipment and food contact surfaces or utensils are not clean.

Riesbeck Food Markets, 800 Howard St., food from unapproved sources. Food is not properly protected from contamination through separation, packaging and isolation. The surfaces or utensils of the equipment in contact with food are not clean. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, and TCS foods are not properly dated. Missing and/or incomplete allergen declaration. The manual cleaning fluid is not maintained at 110° F or above.

Circle K, 901 Main St., Dresden, the sink is used for purposes other than washing hands. Improper storage of toxic or toxic materials. 

Little Tijuana, 1347 Ridge Road, the food contact surface or utensils of the equipment are not clean. 

McDonald's, 2739 Maple Ave., the food contact surface or utensils of the equipment are not clean. 

Graham's Dairy Queen, Frazeysburg, Equipment Food contact surfaces or utensils are not clean. 

BP, 1305 Maple Ave., the food contact surface or utensils of the equipment are not clean. Food that is unsafe, adulterated or not displayed truthfully is not discarded or properly refurbished

The Coffee Cup, 809 Linden Ave., food is not properly protected from contamination through separation, packaging and isolation. 

Tumbleweed, 746 Monroe St., Food employees did not wash their hands when needed. The sink is used for purposes other than washing hands. The surfaces or utensils of the equipment in contact with food are not clean. TCS food is not kept at the proper temperature. Working containers of toxic or toxic materials are not properly marked. There are live insects, rodents and other pests. Food contact surfaces are not easy to clean. The air gap between the flood edge and the water supply inlet is insufficient.
